After another hit, he swings on the chain, making attacks more difficult. After one hit, he updates his blasts to four from three. The boss door is then found, leading to an area where Mario must get in a Pipe Cannon to be launched through Bone Piranha Plants. Mario must jump onto a smaller fence to avoid falling in the lava, and must avoid a Big Bone Piranha Plant. This is followed by a tall fence on a track. Another fence with a Climbing Koopa on it is found and a platform below it has a Dry Bones. There is another Hidden Block with a 1-Up Mushroom located to the left of a ? Block. A Red Ring, a Dry Bones and more Bone Piranha Plants are then found. He must climb on a fence with two Climbing Koopas on it, then a fence on a track. Above the left one is a Hidden Block containing a 1-Up Mushroom. Mario then arrives at the Checkpoint Flag and two more ? Blocks.
Mario must dodge a spike pit and Bone Piranha Plants while riding the fence. Another Dry Bones and more ? Blocks are found, along with another fence that moves on a track. A fence moving above a spike pit is found, followed by a Lava Bubble and a Bone Piranha Plant on the ceiling. Mario then encounters a Dry Bones and two ? Blocks, one of which containing a power-up. A fence on a track is then found, and it must be punched to reach a platform above. Mario begins the level next to a fence with a Climbing Koopa on it.
